Madeline Voegeli is a dedicated and innovative educator with a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. With extensive experience in secondary education and a passion for curriculum development, Professor Voegeli brings a dynamic approach to teaching that emphasizes student engagement, differentiated instruction, and a collaborative classroom culture. Known for her ability to work effectively with administrators, paraprofessionals, and community members, she consistently strives to elevate educational standards and provide meaningful support for USF students, staff, and faculty.

Since 2015, Professor Voegeli has been a high school social studies teacher in a district near 51ֱ��, where she has successfully implemented multifaceted and scaffolded lessons designed to meet the diverse needs of her students. Her dedication to professional growth is evident through her mentorship of student teachers, practicum students, and student mentors, along with her active participation on various committees within the district. Professor Voegeli’s leadership extends beyond the classroom as she served as a coach, advisor, and committee member, further enhancing the school’s educational community.

Previously, Madeline Voegeli taught middle school geography in another district near 51ֱ��, where she introduced innovative teaching methods and supported cross-curricular instruction. During this time, she also co-advised the “Where Everybody Belongs” (WEB) program, helping students transition smoothly into middle school. Professor Voegeli’s commitment to student-centered education and her collaborative efforts with colleagues have shaped her philosophy as an educator who empowers students and fosters a positive school culture.

A recipient of the 2021–2022 Teacher of the Year award for her district, Professor Voegeli has also been recognized by the 51ֱ�� with the Fredrikson School of Education Servant Leadership Award for her graduating class. Her efforts in promoting civic engagement among students have led to visits from prominent political figures and media interactions, reflecting her dedication to real-world learning experiences. Madeline Voegeli holds a Master of Educational Leadership from the 51ֱ�� and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Minnesota State University Mankato.
